Bevisto Tray Cleaner

Medical impression trays and mixing instruments contaminated by e.g. impression material residues should first be cleaned roughly at adhering residues before being placed in the Bevisto Tray Cleaner solution ( for concentration see below).

• 5%IG*, i.e. Diluting 50ml with 950 ml of warm water ( < 40°C) in a soaking tray or ultrasonic bath

• 10%IG*, i.e. Diluting 100ml with 900 ml of warm water ( <40°C) in a soaking tray or ultrasonic bath

• Concentrations depending on the degree of contamination and exposure time.

The Bevisto Tray Cleaner solution softens the adhering material residues within a few hours and allows the user to rinse under running water, if necessary, with the aid of a brush.It is advisable to leave the impression trays and / or mixing instruments in the BevistoTray Cleaner solution overnight and, if necessary, rinse under running water the aid of brush on the following day (an exposure time of 15 minutes is sufficient in an ultrasonic bath).

Bevisto Tray Cleaner dissolves:

• Residues of alginates

• Zinc oxide-eugenol

• Carboxylates

• Phosphate and glass ionomer-cements

• Contact adhesives from mixing instruments  and impression trays

• Using an ultrasonic bath in combination with bevisto tray cleaner accelerates the cleaning process
